On Tuesday 14 May 2019 3 activists abseiled off the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, calling for the Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison to declare a Climate Emergency and take the ambitious action needed to tackle dangerous climate damage.
People from around Australia who have already experienced climate impacts, extreme weather such as bushfires, floods, bleached coral reefs and droughts, came to the Bridge to share their stories and connect with the climbers.
